NATURLIGT GLUTENFRIA VÅFFLOR
10-12 våfflor
1/2 dl kikärtsmjöl
2 dl havremjöl
2 1/2 dl valfritt naturligt glutenfritt mjöl (jag brukar ha 1 dl bovetemjöl, 3/4 dl rismjöl och 3/4 dl amaranthmjöl)
1 tsk bakpulver
1 msk fiberhusk
1 tsk himalayasalt
7 dl vatten
1-2 msk smält kallpressad kokosolja
kallpressad kokosolja
Blanda alla ingredienser förutom vattnet i en bunke. Tillsätt vattnet och kokosolja och rör om till en jämn smet. Grädda våfflor och smörj järnet med kokosolja i emellanåt. Servera genast!
MANGO & HALLONGLASS
250 g fryst mango
100 g frysta hallon
1/3 tsk vaniljpulver
Låt mango och hallon tina en aning, kör i en matberedare eller en Vitamix tillsammans med vaniljpulvret till glasskonsistens.

Because his breakfasts are always so crazy good! Like this breakfast I got; raw chocolate smoothie and fresh waffles with mango and raspberry ice cream. Do you see how lucky I am?!
It has taken a while to make a good waffle recipe that suits us, but now it's complete!
Choose organic ingredients of course!
NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE WAFFLES
10-12 waffles
1/2 dl chickpea flour
2 dl oat flour
2 1/2 dl optionally naturally gluten-free flour (I usually have 1 dl buckwheat flour, 3/4 dl rice flour and 3/4 dl amaranth flour)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp psyllium seed husk
1 tsp himalayan salt
7 dl water
1-2 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil, melted
cold-pressed coconut oil
Blend all ingredients except water in a bowl. Add the water and coconut oil and stir into a smooth paste. Bake the waffles and grease the iron with coconut oil. Serve at once!
MANGO & RASPBERRY ICE CREAM
250 g frozen mango
100g frozen raspberries
1/3 teaspoon vanilla powder
Let mango and raspberry thaw just a little bit, use a food processor or a Vitamix to mix the ice cream.
